Manufacturing Team Lead

We are looking for a Manufacturing Team Lead who has a keen eye for detail, is enthusiastic and ambitious. As the leading specialists in the marque we are always developing our team, skills and knowledge.

This role will support and coordinate the CNC and toolroom manufacturing resource delivering our extensive range of components and assemblies. Drawing upon manual machining and bench fitting skills to assist in production; you will also be responsible for inspection and quality control within an ISO9001 environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Manufacturing Director, have strong organisational skills, a collaborative approach and the ability to prioritise in line with business needs.

A minimum of two to three years in a similar role with supervisory experience and expertise in toolroom techniques is required.
