Workshop Controller

We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor who has a keen eye for detail, is enthusiastic and ambitions. As the leading specialists in the marque we are always developing our team, skills and knowledge.

This role will manage the day to day running of our workshop, technicians and apprentices.  Responsibilities will include working to agreed schedules and priorities in addition to managing labour booking data, job cards and compliance with workshop basics, directives and SOPs. We expect this role to drive profitability and foster a culture of efficiency and quality across all workshop activity.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Operations Manager and have strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Technical knowledge is required with the ability to take initiative and must have proven ability to motivate and develop a team.

There is also opportunity to lead the technical team in supporting our clients on events, rallies and races around the world.

A minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory role with automotive and vintage vehicles is desirable.

Our workshop and manufacturing division operates Monday to Friday with overtime opportunities subject to business demand. Salary offered dependant on experience.
