International Historic Motoring Awards

Last week, William and Anna attended the International Historic Motoring Awards, a glamorous evening held at The Peninsula London, as guests of Howdens. The event was a celebration of the finest achievements in historic motoring, from the craftsmanship, preservation and enduring passion.

We were pleased to congratulate all winners, including Tomas de Vargas Machuca who won Personal Achievement of the Year for driving the Peking to Paris Motor Challenge solo in his 1926 3 Litre Speed Model Bentley. We are also proud to reflect on our own recognition in 2023, when we were awarded Specialist of the Year at the Historic Motoring Awards presented by Octane.

A special thank-you to Octane for continuing to champion excellence within our industry, and to Amanda Stretton, who presented the evening with her usual eloquence.

A huge thank you to Dominic Taylor-Lane, Tim Phelps and Sam Wallace for hosting William and Anna. It was a pleasure to reconnect with friends and meet new faces around the table. Once again, congratulations to all of this year’s outstanding winners, we look forward to seeing what 2026 brings!
