Launching today: 1927 3 4 ½ Litre Speed Weymann

‘Little Joe’ was delivered in January 1927 with saloon coachwork by Gurney Nutting. As a Speed Weymann Model, she had stronger road springs and a quitter exhaust system than a 3 Litre Speed Model. Otherwise, all other major details were the same with only 15 examples produced. Later a very attractive two-seater body by Javis was fitted. JO377 has just been totally lovingly rebuilt. Invoices on file confirm, engine upgraded to 4 ½ Litres, gearbox, differential, suspension, and brakes have all been rebuilt by a marque specialist. Photos show the body being comprehensively restored with the chassis frame in fresh paint. With a complete and fascinating ownership history, (including Sir Malcolm Segrave own Mechanic) and competitively priced, she is a real peach.
